One of Iris Krieg & Associate’s two divisions, Management Services, allows
you to outsource your foundation’s management tasks. We assume responsibility
for day-to-day functions, conducting all of the activities necessary to support
the work of the board/trustees. Because we take on whatever duties
directors/trustees do not want to do, they are free to engage in the work that
is most meaningful to them, secure in the knowledge that their contributions
program is being professionally managed according to the highest standards.
Foundations managed by Iris Krieg & Associates, Inc. (IKA) are based in our
office. Each operates separately from the others, with its own procedures,
funding interests, files and stationery.
